Fabulous experience. Dont let the location fool you! This is a top tier foodie restaurant. The quality of the food, atmosphere and staff were wonderful. The flavors and tenderness of my salad...wow. Presentation of all of the plates were impressive. My only criticism is this was a working lunch and couldnt try the cocktails! Will definately visit again
My three friends and I had a most lovely time here tonight! Two of us had tapas here before, so we brought our other friends tonight because we had no doubt that they would love this place. They surely did! Our server Shara couldn't have taken any better care of us than she had. Although the place was full and she was busy, she checked on our table often and had a surprise for us to top it all off. We were there more than quite a long time and at no point did we ever feel rushed to leave. There was unobtrusive music that was lovely. Olé has a wonderful atmosphere along with the wonderful dinners that we loved! We will be back again with two more friends (who couldn't be with us at the last minute) and have no doubt that they're going to have as much fun as we did this evening!
Olé Tapas Bar provides a unique dining experience in Solon for lunch or dinner. Their menu is just the right size, offering both tapas and mains. There are unique choices as well as a few main stream picks. My son and I went there for lunch and we decided to share 3 tapas. This was the perfect amount of food for 2 people.
My husband and I went to Olé for a date night. It was a wonderful evening with great food, drinks, and service. They were very busy, but were attentive and personal with us. I ordered a cocktail and they gave me a small taste before pouring and presenting it to adjust the sweetness/tartness to my liking. We ordered one dessert item and they threw another in so we could taste it. They are friendly, thoughtful and the food is definitely worth the trip. Highly recommend giving Olé Tapas Bar a try.
One of the best meals my boyfriend and I have ever had! We split three appetizers and got drinks and we were satisfied. The whipped feta is to die for. Service was amazing, we came in without a reservation so we weren’t able to sit at a table, but we were able to sit at the full service bar which was just as great. The bartenders were very attentive, and one of them went as far as to tell me the history behind the brazilian cocktail I had ordered….which I thought was really cool. On top of that, it was so beautiful inside. We will be coming back many more times in the future!
This review doesn't do our particular restaurant experience justice. I specifically chose this restaurant never having patronized it before. I was celebrating my 52nd birthday. The Food, the Service and the Atmosphere was all worthy of five stars. i can't wait to revisit. Hats off to management and staff! Keep up the good work!
The whole experience was amazing! From the smoked cocktails to the food to the servers. They have mocktails that are really good also! The desserts were such a nice finish to the meal.
Incredible experience today. I stopped in for lunch on a whim as I was in the area for a job interview. The only flaw I could see is they do have a bit of a hipster menu. But I went pretty basic and ordered the saffron and mushroom risotto and added a chicken breast to go with it. No question it was the best risotto I've ever had, and that is not hyperbole. The risotto was prepared perfectly. It had great flavor. And the chicken was tender and delish. The star of the meal tho, was my drink. I ordered a rose gin. Brilliant cocktail that was just sweet enough to be pleasing, but not so much to overpower the alcohol. And yes, if you see the picture I posted they have an ice cube in the shape of a rose for this drink. And because I have no self control, obviously ordered dessert. I chose the flan. The bartender, Daniel, informed me it was made in house. And it was so good. Flan is easy to overlook because it isn't a fancy dessert. But when you get it right it really hits the spot. This is over an hour from my house, and I'll be going back. No question. The decor is nice and they have incredibly clean restrooms. All in all, tremendous experience. And a big thank you to Daniel for being a great host and serving me well.
One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. From the moment we walked in it felt welcoming. The waitress we had, Alice was amazing she was so knowledgeable about the menu and personable. The food was amazing, drinks were spectacular, ambiance immaculate what more can you ask for? The owner came over and greeted us which I think was great most owners are not usually in the building let alone walking through making sure all the guest are enjoying themselves. If you want to have an amazing day/ night out this place will deliver!
Excellent food, drinks and service. Live jazz music in the evening. This is one of the best cocktails I have ever had (and I have had hundreds if not thousands 😂). The beautiful, rose shaped ice cube is something I have never seen! Order the rose gin! Before serving, we were given small samples to adjust the sweetness. This was very considerate and we never had this elsewhere. Tapas were tasty and delicate. Our waitress Sophie was very nice and her recommendations worked out very well. There is a name tag on the table if you reserved, which makes you feel special and well taken care of. Coat rack for each table is very thoughtful. This restaurant is a gem in Solon. There are so many little things that make you feel welcome and the food, drinks and atmosphere are all fantastic. We will definitely come back, and you should try it too!
